Cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise, leading to the need to cancel or reschedule appointments. However, to provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

24-Hour Notice: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Fee: If you cancel or reschedule appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved appointment.

Payment of Fee: The cancellation fee must be paid in full before you can book another service with us. We accept Zelle, PayPal (both are linked to our phone number), and Venmo (@Sana-Lim).

No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the service amount.

Exceptions: We understand that emergencies can happen, and exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Please communicate with us as soon as possible if you encounter an unforeseen situation.

By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
